Flagship’s community beacon #3
Hi and welcome back to Flagship’s community update.
We’ve been busy building while simultaneously traveling around the world to visit crypto events (Consensus and the Avalanche Summit) and meet likeminded builders and investors. Here are our highlights of the past two weeks.
Vaults
Our Vaults have been live on Polygon in their beta version and the team has been eagerly investing in them. Through our usage, we’ve discovered various bugs on the front end which are currently getting fixed. We’re now gradually scaling our number of test users to learn more about our product. Finally, we have something quite exciting as our engineers are already getting ready to deploy on new chains!
Intelligence products
Now that we’ve launched the Navigator and the AI Outpost, our developer has been busy catching up with the technical debt and has pushed through multiple backend upgrades. But that’s definitely not all, as he has set our new homepage live, added to glossary to the backend and is looking into integrating ChatGPT into the Outposts!
Content and narratives
We’ve been focussing on 2 main narratives the past period, the Bitcoin economy and Asia’s bullishness. We were spot with both as BRC-20 tokens have taken off (right after we published our research) creating a new wave of innovation (and speculation) for the Bitcoin economy. On the Asian side, China has launched yet another blockchain initiative, data is showing Bitcoin holders are increasingly Asian while the West is selling and the UAE Royal Fund is starting to deploy billions into crypto.
Going forward, we will continue to focus on these two narratives, but with more caution as the bull rally seems exhausted. In the meantime, we’ll be publishing more research on investing, trading, how the market works and tokenized assets that are pegged to the real world.
Moving forward
As we’re approaching our second fundraise, parts of the team will continue to visit events, with EthDam and Lisbon being the first stops. We’re also looking for additional Captains and active community members, so keep an eye out for upcoming campaigns. Finally, we’re focussing more on business development so we’ll be able to launch truly unique and valuable Vaults once we’re ready to go public.
